Bob is an experienced commercial real estate broker with a track record of successful acquisitions. He has handled $200 million in acquisitions as the Exclusive Acquisition Agent for a publicly traded company and frequently provides brokerage services as the Buyer’s Agent on large acquisitions for select builder and investor clients. Recently completed acquisitions include 975 finished single-family lots in six DFW residential communities.
